Our state-of-the-art facility was built from the ground up to set the industry quality standard in partnership with worldwide technology leaders Siemens and ABB. Precise robotics give us complete control to track each step in the manufacturing of every mattress core -- from the initial compound mix through to its final curing. We are the only latex manufacturer to test EVERY mattress in nine locations -- verifying consistency of firmness across the entire sleep surface -- a critical difference that results in return rates of less than 1%, the lowest in the industry.

Exclusive eco-friendly technology
Our factory is the only one of its kind in the U.S.A. and uses our exclusive Talalay process, a six-step eco-friendly production method that transforms the milk of the tropical rubber tree into the world’s finest latex foam.

Fabrication Facilities
Latex International also maintains three fabrication sites throughout the U.S. located in Shelton, CT, Atlanta, GA, and La Mirada, CA. These facilities custom fabricate latex mattress components to your specifications using state-of-the-art equipment. All sites supply Dunlop and Talalay process latex.
