Dave has over 25 years of global manufacturing leadership roles and Lean Manufacturing experience. He joined Latex International (LI) in 2009 after leading LI into a Lean transformation as a Senior Consultant with Simpler Consulting. As LI COO, Fisher has been instrumental in upgrading the company’s U.S. and European operations, as well as planning for and developing its Asian growth strategy. Prior to LI, Dave was President and CEO of Crownline Boats, a $150 million leader in the recreational boating industry, as well as the President of Devtek Aerospace, a $345 million supplier of landing gear products to Boeing, Airbus, and the U.S. military. While at Devtek, Dave managed two facilities, led the division’s lean manufacturing efforts, and helped triple sales by reducing lead times and transforming customer service. He also has senior executive and Lean leadership roles in the automotive industry.
Steve joined the company in May 2007 as their Corporate Controller. He has 10 years of manufacturing experience. Prior to joining LI, he was the Corporate Controller at Rossi American Hardwoods, a $100 million producer of high quality hardwoods. He also served as Accounting Manager for various product divisions in Stanley Works Inc. ranging from $150 to $350 million in sales. In both capacities he helped streamline their accounting and auditing processes through Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing. He also gained experience in Sarbanes Oxley and business reorganization while working at Stanley Works.
Tom brings over 20 years of engineering and general management experience to Latex International. He joined LI in 2005 to lead the company's technology and foam processing advancements as well as process improvements. Prior to joining Latex International, Tom held various technical and operational leadership positions in the automotive and telecommunications industries. He was The Siemon Company's Operations Manager where he led a team of over 500 people across North America. Tom also served as the Operations Manager for ITW Anchor Stampings, a leading automotive supplier.
Jim Siragusa is vice president of sales of Latex International, and is responsible for overseeing the company’s global sales force.
Siragusa returned to Latex International in 2010 to assume responsibility for international sales. He first joined the company in 1998 as director of business development, and was then promoted to managing director of international growth in 2004. He is also credited with designing and executing direct-to-retail programs globally, including the United States. He left the company in 2009 to start an international business consulting practice.
A veteran of the bedding industry, Siragusa brings over 30 years of industry experience – both retail and sales – working for some of the world’s leading retailers and mattress manufacturers. Before joining Latex International, Siragusa held senior sales positions at Sealy, Simmons and Premier Bedding Group. Earlier in his career, he was a buyer for Gimbel’s, Macy’s and Dillard’s.
